This is the fish farm where they grow tillapia in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala in Central America. The fish are confined under the raft that floats the blue building. Even though the farm is on Santiago bay, with limited flow of water to the rest of Lake Atitlan, the fish seem to do fine.
